Firstly, thank you for checking out my website. I am truly honoured that you are here reading my first blog post and I hope over the coming weeks and months I can add value to your life. I can learn as much from you as I hope you will from the content I post and I’d love to hear from you. Please do send me a message with any thoughts on a blog post or even just to say hello! You can send me an email via my contact form or send me a message via social media. I will put my Instagram and Facebook links below.
I don’t want to write endless information about who I am on here as firstly, who wants to read that! Secondly, if you would like to know more please do check out my ‘about‘ page. So why did I revamp my website and why have I decided to start writing a blog? I have had a personal website for around 10 years which had a blog built into it. Other than the welcome message I never wrote a single post, so if you see a second post from me then this is progress on my last website! Although my profession in coaching and teaching is without question best delivered in person I have taken a huge interest in how to grow a business online, online courses, blogging, marketing, how to grow a social media account, how to develop a brand from scratch and everything involved in all of the above. I have taken courses and tried to learn about these topics at every available opportunity purely just as a bit of a side project. However, I have finally taken the plunge, developed my first online course and developed a tennis clothing brand from nothing. That is the reason I rebuilt my website, not only to modernise it but to link in my clothing brand and online courses with my coaching services. At this point I have no idea where the clothing brand or online courses will go as I am under no illusion it is tough to entise people to sign up, however, being the positive, optimistic person I am I will give it my best shot.
Thank you for reading my first post, I appreciate it. The focus of my blog will be to post useful information on topics such as coaching, physical performance, mental performance, nutrition and anything else I think might help you learn something new or better your own performance.
